You can do both. You should learn those things, and they only make you more effective at prompting. There are many stages of the process where this comes in handy leading up to a final work.

Writing AI prompts and robotically changing your phrasing is not the same thing as, y'know, collaborating on a project that the team lead ultimately gets most of the credit for.

You know what the difference is? In that scenario you're actually working and collaborating, not sitting there huffing NOS and inverting a sentence hoping it spits out something cool.

There are small applications for AI, maybe while youre editing it can make something easier or whatever in ur process. But promopting and generating made up videos and photos pulled from actual art & the way it is marketed and promoted & mainly used is an insult to artists everywhere & if u dont see that i dont think youre an artist or have every sat down to create or even collaborated with others to create. The human side is the most important part. Not letting computers dictate art, especially that it cannot organicslly create on its own based off of experience and feeling. Nothing AI has made has been done without the theft of peoples creations and data

On a serious note, I'm not even sure how people can tell AI apart from the real anymore unless it's an obvious filter.

I've seen people here speculate that "Say Less" was AI even though Kanye sounded great on it. But the argument was that because he sounded better on that song than Vultures, it had to be AI.

So, I'm not even sure how to determine it anymore cause niggas call Ye rapping too well AI and call Ye rapping like a lifeless robot AI too. Makes you wonder what Ye's supposed to sound like for it not to be called into question.
