Glad to hear you're doing better then! Could definitely see people being bored a bit by the show at the start. Just felt insanely cozy to me from the first minute (you know, besides all the f***ed up stuff happening) and the ending of episode 3 had me hooked for the rest of the run. And yeah, The Return is absolutely insane. I just love how they established the Twin Peaks world.
Never got the dislike for James either, watched the show in full before seeing any discourse and I honestly feel there wasn't a character I really disliked. Never really cared for Josie, I guess. Loved the music too, from Badalamenti's composings to the Roadhouse performances, which I've also seen get flack. But I loved those!
Not been doing so well, suffering from a chronic pain which has thrown my life in disarray for the past year, and is now causing me problems at my new job. But Ima beat that s*** and Ima prosper, or at least that's what I tell myself.
