This is looking like it'll be to open world games what Lies of P was to Soulslikes.

That DF video is promising but they don’t talk much about the actual game, just visuals (doesn’t help Alex didn’t play it himself). Probably the most interested I’ve been in seeing reviews for a game in a long time.

I'd be shocked if the story amounts to more than some sloppily connected fantasy tropes but that's easily overlooked if it's fun to play. I think the combat is going to need to be exceptional if it's going to live up to the hype.

With how much combat they’ve shown it seems like they’re very confident in it. Them doing previews for press this close to launch before the review copies go out is a great sign. Feels like if there was any scammy or shady stuff going on it would’ve been exposed by now. We may really have one here

Yeah this isnt a game where you're gonna be very invested in the story or characters. The combat will be really fun though.
