I have to watch a youtube video on how to smash rocks because the game doesnt want me to do it normally
A pick axe incase anyone else gets stuck there game doesnt tell you that, i was assuming we'd use one of the special powers you know silly oh me

Game just suggested I switch to whoever this girl is, no buildup or nothing
not sure i even heard her speak, I switch back to the dude because i dont think she is equpped to move these rocks I cant even equip her sword she just pulls out the mallet each time.
Of course, when i try to switch to the other dude he is like 200 meters away now??
S*** like this will cause me to lose interest in this game idk maybe its a bug. Just weird
I feel like this game barely had a qa team that only caught obvious bugs and didn’t suggest things for better user interaction
They are quite literally different art styles
And lets not pretend like RDR2 didnt focus on graphics over the gameplay. That game has its own issues with the controls.
This game is way more combat heavy.

People act like gta v and rdr2 are entirely different games than what played . I played v at launch . Played rdr2 some but more recently . Yes attention to detail is cool but if the game has a budget 10-20 times other games it gta vi close to 50 times the budget of most games . Takes 5-10 years to drop yeah it should have detail .
The idea of comparing everything to last of us 2 and other high level games is goofy because if every game company took that long we would only get 1 game from them each decade
Game is fun, visuals are amazing. Fake outrage is expected when games like e33 get praised as the besst thing ever
The more I progress the more the game is becoming not fun.
They put you on a mission with a linear path with a ton of enemies plus a boss who spawns in and constantly agros you
so you dont know if you have to fight them or if it is indeed the boss fight
you progress pass them to get to the 1v1 and dude has two phases and you used up all your heals just trying to get to the 1v1 boss fight in the first place, wack
This game gonna be one of those situations where critics played the game in a rush and didn’t immediately get what they expected and wrote mid reviews
and in 5 years it’s gonna be looked back on highly
Dragon’s Dogma situation all over again

The “clunkiness” off rdr2 is the whole point of the experience
and it’s not even clunky just doing things are slow, its not like a japanese game where ur horse controls like butter and can whip around 180 degrees in 0.5 seconds
The shooting itself feels good
Ik the story wouldnt be good but theres no connecting parts at all here. Youre just moving from quest to quest and youre like what?

This why I ain't cop seems like it'd get boring pretty quick, just running around f***in about for no reason basically
unlocked the dropkick skill i havent stopped kicking niggas off cliffs ever since
I think this is the move…. Too many other games to play rn anyway
What you playing? Only thing on my rotation rn is Slay the Spire and it’s kicking my ass
This game lowkey heat
Story is the worst I’ve experienced tho
Rko’d people
Main story ass so far but side quests make up for it

it definitely tells you. there's tutorial quests in the starting zone for cooking, mining, chopping trees

Yup. RDR2 forces you to take things slow, and you’ll enjoy and appreciate the gameplay a lot more if you play it at the pace that Rockstar designed it to be
why this keep asking me to apply gamma value every time i boot it up
