I remember making a ktt1 thread about getting into med school, and I was 100% positive I would have to quit ktt if I wanted to make it through
but here I am 
Next thread coming 2026 when I’m finished with Residency/Fellowship
Oh and before people ask, I’ll be doing a Residency in Internal Medicine and will most likely do a fellowship in Gastroenterology

I was actually very close to going into obgyn. I got to deliver a baby and it was the coolest thing I’ve ever done. Lifestyle sucks tho so I’m out

May 15, 2020str8dollazDepends on what time of year it was and if I had any tests coming up. When I had to take my biggest test I was studying from like 9AM-10PM everyday for like 2 months

Still other things you could do in medicine that's not MD or DO.
Medicine is far more broad than you think.

Like that guy said, there’s tons of other options if you really don’t think you can do it.
I think being a PA is a great alternative, because they do almost the same things doctors do, but they have easier schedules and can still report to a doctor if they don’t feel completely confident
