Skate 4 should be a free game with tons of microtransactions for new clothes, shoes, boards, trucks, wheels, and even new parks/areas could be sold as smaller DLC

and then larger expansive DLC every 90 days from release

if Skate 4 launched free as a cross-gen game on all consoles and PC there would be 5 million players in the first week easily

if not free then yeah, day 1 on EA Play

Skate is the perfect game to sell new cosmetic content literally every week because fashion brands are so heavily integrated into the culture

and you cant argue the game getting new areas or quests/events in a live service way because thats literally like real life skateboarding, always a new thing to see or do keeps the entirety fresh and fun

id rather have a really well made open world with AAA skateboarding mechanics and a ton of multiplayer options and weekly/monthly optional microtransactions than some corny single player campaign again

This actually makes sense . I prefer a full 60 dollar experience but skate is one series that could for sure do a spin off free to play open world thing that could last a decade

umm I've been playing skate 3 since it came out. ain't no 2 to 3 sittings fam

furthermore the game will be $40 on release in brazil like every other game so far

it's also more fun to unlock s*** than to buy new stuff

It doesn’t need that though. Skate 3 is amazing the way it is. All you need to do is have DLC in Skate 4 that is actually worth it for more content
