I remember that feeling last month!

I feel like this quick resume feat doesn't work with the last played game everytime I reboot the system

2nd-5th last played games work fine

Yea I noticed that too, I think it’s up to the developers to implement it

What I mean is just the order of the last played games. Halo Collection is a good example

If I switch from Halo to a different game and reboot the console, I can choose Halo and it will use quick resume

But if I play halo and reboot the system
without changing games, it won't start quick resume after selecting halo again

Ok while typing this I just realized that the xbox might not set a save state for quick resume if you reboot/turn off your system WHILE being in the game

I have to try out going to the dashboard before turning the console off next time but maybe it will only save the state when switching another game

yeah it works fine for most newer games

Quick tip for Series XS!
If you want to completely turn off your console in energy save mode and you're still in a game, press the xbox button first and go to the dashboard. Going to the dashboard makes the console save a save state for quick resume. This will allow you to continue playing the game where you left once you're booting up the console again

Haven't seen much talk about Call of the Sea but this game is beautiful on Series X. Story is interesting so far and the puzzles can actually make you think. Definitely a gamepass must cop to me.

put like 10 hours into it a while back but got a lil bored and also just overwhelmed at the sheer amount of s*** to do/money to spend on expansions and other DLC lol.

i also don’t feel right putting all my free time to game into a single game when i could be playing 2-3 dope ones for a couple hours most days, something i’d feel obligated to do with something as massive as ESO

I put a lot of hours in ESO. But I feel you can’t be productive in it without ESO Plus and I’m not subbing to that.

Plus, I’d have to get my rotation back together for dps play and actually find a guild and s***. Too much work.

that is the only thing about MMO's , the infinite void id be putting myself into. Lol just like you I might burn out cause I slick did before. Im hoping I can keep it as a consistent side game and not binge it

is PVP easy to get into? because I was finna run the game like a single player RPG just in case

There’s two PVP modes.. Battlegrounds and Cyrodiil

Battlegrounds is pretty easy but you need a good armor set which means you’ll have to run through PVE dungeons beforehand and deal with RNG for the armor sets as well as monster sets.

And it also depends on what class and s***, cause you may need Maelstrom Arena weapons which you need a dlc for and it’s hard af if you’ve never ran it before. Like throw your controller at your tv frustrating.

Cyrodiil is fun though it’s like a big war lol running around with a huge group of people attacking places and people.

But it’s going to take hours to actually get some decent armor to run either to avoid getting stomped on arrival.
