But honestly, if you like, or even better, really enjoy the modern AC games from Syndicate or especially Origins to now, then you would probably enjoy it. At least to some extent.

If you are neutral or worse on AC, I'd say wait or skip.

If you utilize game pass i think it’s 100% worth getting RN (if you don’t then maybe if your library is decent enough to get the full feel considering there isn’t one super next gen game out rn) just for the advantages you’ll see all these games receive with speeds and HDR . Plus the newer games on there receiving actually graphical updates like forza and gears
