ILoveCheeseCakeQuick resume is so crazy sometimes. Loaded up vice city definitive for the first time in probably 6 months and it put me right back where I was

Grim Trials (releasing in 2 weeks) is currently available for free in the xbox store
It might be an error and it could ne deleted from your profile but it is worth a try

You can play the game and open up a debug menu by pressing L stick and R stick at the same time. Then you can just unlock every achievement in the game:
