The issue here is he already ordered the AG to run an investigation on other people's associations with Epstein, which gives them legal cause to decline the release of anything they feel is a part of an active DOJ investigation.
He also mentioned nothing about Senate Republicans voting yes and then him signing the bill to make it law

What can easily be inferred from reading the emails:
Jeff was an agent of a foreign country (likely israel) of some kind. No financier would have an inside track on global politics. He has emails with international diplomats
There are emails of him interfering with active govt hearings.
There are emails of war strategy in Yemen.
There are emails of him doing pr for and against Trump.
Bannon was arguably one of the driving forces behind trump's populist wave and what ultimately led to January 6, epstein was in contact with him regularly.
Theyre going to redacted files for national security, but really its to hide how insanely complicit our govt on both sides are in his schemes.
