Most of yall niggas weren't even around when these albums came out and you have no idea how they were recieved during that time.
You wasnt there.
Nigga Please! by ODB comes to mind but I still like that album even tho its inferior to Return To The 36 Chambers
i actually got morbidly curious and listened to this a few months ago. most of the album is actually quite good, but the first few songs just immediately poison the well. it's really unfortunate.
Dude right, like he could have had a nice 8/10 but he ruined it with those EDM crossover tracks.
That Hungry Ham song is one of the WORST I've ever heard from him.
Which is ridiculous because Psycho is one of his best tracks ever and it's a few tracks away
yup, completely agree. Completely slept on album bro. Can't understand why anyone would hate on it, you;re right too. EVERY subject on it extremely relevant at this day and age. If he had released it like a few months ago everyone would be praisin him
Joey extremely underrated and it sucks because he got some real s*** to say to everyone...
Facts
Facts
Joey fr needs to release a new album immediately, especially in our political climate. He could really be a top 3 if he spits some real s*** on it and people listen to it.
its a good album ppl just dont like it cause it doesnt hold up to b4da$$ or 1999
But it does
Wasnt Trilogy sold with physical copies?
I just assumed that was his real debut
Trilogy is the biggest finesse
This joint had:
Intro/A Million And One Questions/Rhyme No More
City Is Mine
Imaginary Players
Streets Is Watching
Friend Or Foe 98
Rap Game/Crack Game
Where I'm From On It
All on it, but it also has some of Jay Z's absolute worst tracks in his catalog on it as well
If someone says Hall Of Fame by Big Sean, I’ma be pissed
It’s his best project
Cap. That’s DSP
this album wasn’t even bad he just didn’t progress (still hasn’t) as an artist and it’s unfortunate
He did progress as an artist based on the snippets from that IG live which ironically are better than the songs he released so far
