Jan 13, 2020Tbh if I owned a team on the verge of a championship, these punishments wouldn't dissuade me from cheating to put them over the top. A few million dollars, a couple draft picks and a year's suspension? That's nothing in exchange for winning it all and (for ownership) the revenue that comes with it.
Now if Alex Cora receives a lifetime ban, that's something I wouldn't want to risk.

Said he didn’t know anything about cheating.... but proceeded to destroy the monitors cause he didn’t agree with it. Hope Alex Cora gets banned for life, and if the Red Sox cheated they should be handed an even harsher punishment. Cora was the f***ing mastermind.

Some Mets fan tried to talk s*** to me and said yeah but we made it to the World Series more recently than you guys.... but did you win it? Last World Series they won was in ‘86
