product owner got laid off and now most of the responsibility is falling on me when I was used to doing nothing… you’re telling me I gotta work now? got a new team manager who micromanages when the last one didn’t give a damn and just gave me great performance reviews even if I did nothing

that's pretty standard in the private sector lol they barely give out actual raises which is why everybody job hops

Current company f***ed me over on pay, which is why I will have 0 hesitation to jump s*** when it benefits me. Company culture is so f***ing ass too. But, it was a great learning experience. Opened my eyes to many red flags. Grateful. I needed this to grow.
