HBDUSAYa idk how much Chris Rock really knew. Like I feel like he should’ve known, especially with the documentary he made about black womens hair for his daughter. But I also feel like he wouldn’t have made that joke if he knew. Hard to tell.
I’ve felt bad for Will for the last several years because he’s been the butt of all the jokes online, and what we saw is basically the obvious conclusion of all those years of ridicule.
It’s just a shame that it had to be with Chris on international TV in that setting.
For his sake I hope he didn’t cause that just make the joke twice as bad imo. But that’s something only he could speak on and answer. I just hope will and Jada take the time to heal properly. All the jokes and criticisms over the last decade gotta be weighing on their mental. But at least this situation has opened up minor discussions about comedians going too far. Will and Chris just need to sit down and have a talk. They both embarrassed themselves, might as well just squash it by having a heart to heart. Will not a hateful dude, Chris rock is weird at times but I don’t think he’s hateful as well.
