too long tho. had to pee midway

Where was the Kanye song in the movie? This is bullshit I want my money back

mentally ill stans getting involved now with awards szn

I’m floored cause they really don’t need to do this at all, she’s locked as a nominee for most award trackers
If anything this might sour them to nominating her

it was "popular" wasn't it?

What's the general consensus on this thus far?

I feel like it took Ariana’s character time to really shine but she was on f***ing FIRE as it went on god damn.

^ she went insano mode here.

is Dolby Cinema "the move", so to speak

watch #2. excellence

No piss break moments

and the speakers were ON

I wanna be more excited to see this but I can't take it being a prequel to f***ing Wizard of Oz seriously

Tonight

thats what I thought about the sam raimi flick and it wound up being the best film of his career

This was great, my theater clapped at the end. Ariana and Cynthia were killed their respective roles. Say what you want about the color grading but other than that Jon Chu directed the f*** outta this movie

Also with the success of this and Wonka last year I’m glad audiences are finally seeing the enjoyment in musicals again

real ones know

same here and I almost never hear claps at the end of a film anymore

honestly i feel like the color looked fine

I know it was a main complaint online but I feel the same. Also it had nice lighting in some of the scenes inside the wizard tower imo

agree. i def get the complaints if you’re going off the trailer and a phone screen but in theater that s*** was very vibrant. especially the emerald city half

cynthia stole
the show not even a musical person but i wanna see this a third time

I know this was you after second watch

Ending on that last note made me levitate
