What's the difference between composed and produced?

“Composed” is arguably more factually wrong than “produced” would even be, at least producer is kind of a vague term that some can cape for

Composer historically applies to writing the music (aka the notes and chords themselves) and for many tracks he did no such thing

Produce as in making the sounds

Compose is compiling the final product

Arrange is placing instrumentals and vocals on a track

It’s very meaningless
