Niggas using sales argument just because Carti didn’t want to make 20 Flatbed Freestyles lmao

Yeah. You could tell carti didn’t give a f*** about sales for this album. Post Malone, Pharrell, Drake, Travis Scott and more were supposed to be on here but he said f*** it.

That’s why sales aren’t an accurate way to judge the album. People that’s really paying attention know it did what it’s supposed to do

I love Carti but the love on here is borderline cringe and hella pretentious, y’all doing too much. Bigger than DONDA & CLB yet it just turned gold? Donda has been showcased on the best live events this year, theres no comparison and this is from someone who loved WLR on launch night.

    Bigger cultural moment.

No it’s not a bigger commercial success

The problem when y’all say cultural moment in relation to Carti is the core hip hop cultures barely acknowledges him.

So y’all just mean the loud white boys on the Internet

    Successful bait

How when so many artists are biting Carti’s sound after every album he drops

No one in the industry is listening to WLR and thinking “ damn I need to top that”

There’s a reason you don’t work in the industry

Drake used one beat and this the conclusion u come to. If u mention trippie redd he falls in the same category as Carti when it comes to culture

  • Dec 12, 2021

  • Dec 12, 2021

    false

  • Dec 12, 2021

This doesn’t make any sense to what I said

Hip hop culture as a whole doesnt revolve around a handful of artists lmao

Changing the culture is what Kanye, Wayne, Future, Drake, Young Thug, Keef, etc did.

Carti is influential sure but not enough to define the culture like u saying

  • Dec 12, 2021

Carti stans are so unbelievably annoying and corny. Really ruined KTT
