Most the Hispanics I know who say it do so because they largely come from the same street culture we do so they use the same slang. They have lots of black friends and they do the same s*** and listen to the same music we do. They get a pass cus we are legit from the same culture. My friends are mostly black an Hispanic we legit r like family so no one cares there's no harm I it
