You never gave me a response, on why the Quran written 600 years after Jesus is a more trustworthy source than the gospels of the New Testament.

Because the gospels were based upon oral history regardless and the entire point in the religion of Islam is that the practice of Christianity within the Middle East at the time was it had become misconstrued along with Judaism

Within the second century its accepted by scholarship that there were a number of significant revisions to the New Testament after was written anywhere from 70 to 100 years after the death of Jesus the exact time frame which isn’t even confirmed mind you

To understand why the Quran more valid it’s to also understand the entire fundamental basis of Islam which is the Quran was sent down by God as a final message to rectify the innovations of Christianity which had altered their original faith too significantly

To believe in the Quran and have faith and Islam is to believe in the message of the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him.

Where you can compare the actual two religions fairly is in their inception and the creation of the holy books of which Islam is very directly evidenced. With the Quran you have dates of narrations you have exactly who was annotating different revelations from the profit at various instances in his life with dates.

And with the revealing of the Quran came the message which the prophet shared regarding Islam’s version of the old and New Testament. This revelation was shared amongst Christians Jews and other people of the region who were very close and familiar with the oral history of Judaism and Christianity and I had a much stronger and better idea of it most likely than modern day Christians are Jews. And despite the fact that the prophet was uneducated and illiterate man he was able to preach a precise and historically sound version of the Old Testament.

You’re not following the words of Jesus by following the Bible. As a religion, the Quran mentioned Jesus more than any other profits of the Abrahamic religions and follows through with his teachings of miracles and who he was.

You also have to put the faith that teachings of Jesus in Aramaic we’re not lost significantly either.

There’s significant differences between the Greek Orthodox Bible Eastern Catholic Bible Ethiopian Bible and others that people don’t talk about and these are all the English translations

You are 100% correct. Quran has not changed since its inception and because it was revealed 600 years later than Christianity writing down history was much more common then and details of the prophet's life are recorded.
That is why the revelations in Quran should be cross checked with the events of the time to be better understood.

Your point is 100% correct. Quran is unaltered and the details of the events surrounding the revelations are recorded. OP should read the Quran and cross check everything with the events of the time. Then he can make up his mind on whether or not Quran is the direct words of Allah.

For example if @OP chooses for his daughter to wear the hijab and burka he should know that Muhammad (PBUH) ordered women to wear the veil only because one of his wives went to defecate and Muhammad's (PBUH) creepy friend recognized her.

'Umar used to say to the Prophet "Let your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam'a the wife of the Prophet went out at 'Isha' time and she was a tall lady. 'Umar addressed her and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed.
