he made an album about fatherhood and niggas clowned him for making songs abt folding clothes for his wife and s*** - idk what you want out of him but he’s built a career out of being relatable to wildly different demographics of people. you can say the music is weak and that’s fair but at least make sense when you wanna dunk on someone

The biggest issue with Cole is that he's treating music like his private diary when a lot of us really don't give a single damn about his life.

To top it all he doesn't even have the writing skills that could soothe the whole process meaning it's just like a boring IG account found a way to talk to you.

The mediocrity of his music gives the impression that it could be related to you this is really not him displaying any special skills or anything
