In A Silent Way is the best album to listen to imo if you’ve never listened to Miles before, because it’s really a perfect mix of all of the best qualities of his music.

it has the great melodies and solo-ing of his pre-fusion music on top of vamp-based grooves that dominated a lot of his fusion albums.

B****es Brew is great but it’s not accessible imo
