Fetty Wap hype lasted for a good 2-3 years. Gotta few diamond plaques, multiple plat plaques. Was getting featured on songs with just about...anybody lol Selena Gomez, Gucci Mane, 6ix9ine, Young Thug, The Lox, Rita Ora, Gwen Stefani, Project Pat. His 2014-2016 run was insane.

I lived through the Chingy era and it was a couple good songs, but his momentum came to a screeching halt within the same year he started blowing up due to beef with Nelly.

Nah it wasn't mismanaged lol dude was just an idiot and constantly getting into legal issues and baby mama drama. The only person who killed his run was himself honestly.

Song popped into my head recently and I checked it out but the chorus and beat really carry the song
