But he is still extremely niche at the same time

It is 2025. Everybody has the internet and a smart phone. A lot of music listeners have a music app.
If you were to put Tyler's 2015-2025 numbers up against the geriatric acts some have suggested, I think he would measure up pretty closely if not beat most of them.
That being said I do not think they will have Tyler. The NFL has caved to Chiefs backlash this year, they will stop having people of color perform for a few years, Jay-Z will be scapegoated and canned eventually. It will swing towards the Bruce Springsteens, Darius Ruckers, maybe Rolling Stones and by then the boomers will be dead and they will go fresh again sometime in the 30s
