NICEMANNot entirely the same because Chaining Day is about himself and doesn't even have many references to slavery. "Cause I chose this slavery", "Cause I love this slavery" and a line about freedom is about as far as it goes. Might as well call out Diamonds From Sierra Leone for making the same connection
I'm not on Twitter so I don't know if people actually have a problem with Drake's line. I'm just saying I don't think Chaining Day is really the same thing
