The album sounded more like random sounds to me instead of music. 4/10 album. Would be lower if I factored in having to wait so long for new music from him. By far my least favorite work by him

Kendrick knew that would happen though so he’s partly to blame lol but damn
The previous line he walks about competing, saying IM THAT NIGGA then spits the drake line. It’s very clear that he’s speaking admirably about how Drake and ye were able to reconcile and that from a maturity standpoint he hasn’t grown enough to do what they did because he’s so competitive.
It’s from a place of reverence.

I agree fam I also believe Kendrick is great as well but this notion that he raps circles around his peers( cole drake big sean etc) is ridiculous in my honesty opinion
