OP the same poster who got mad at me bc I thought Nas should be considered top 5 oat 💀

You tryna revise history I see, I got at you for going at a young black man (Jayson Tatum) for having Nelly over Nas in their top 5. Aren’t you white? Lowkey some weird slave master mentality going on for that but that’s a different convo

Asking a bunch of lame kids who were born in the 00s about LL Cool L lol. None of these kids were alive when LL was dropping classics so how are they supposed to know when he fell off?

Why do niggas gotta be 'lame' for that?

nope not an old man you seem hurt by what i wrote

i dont give a f*** what music you think is good or not, you can choose not to like whatever you want

bragging about not knowing music cause of age, as if that makes you cool, is still dumb

I’ll never forget the day my dad said that LL was the GOAT lmao

He was the first completely solo all-star rapper. Battle tested, still dropped fire in classic cyphers/posse cuts, had the girl hits, and helped progressed the sound of his gen. Also he definitely claimed GOAT status early and frequently and he battled all his challengers and won. And while he became 100% movie star after "10" dropped he had a great run.

Tl;dr: He was Drake without the ability to apply
    constant patch updates

It's not willfully ignorant for someone to not listen to artist outside of their time period. That's like coming in here being like "These stupid ass kids don't even listen Grand Master Flash" like nigga

Just plugging if you haven't heard "Radio" you def should go back and see how Rick Rubin went on to inspire all rap production afterwards. One of the most important debuts.

They had a lot of your favorite drum patterns first made in the 80s already
