i can see it in some ways, they ain't add much more to the game besides a few new animals, the grappling hook & helicopters. u can tell they was trying to keep the ball rolling with the "psychopath main villain" he don't hit like Vaas do, the story itself is bland in comparison to 3 BUT i do like 4's world slightly better, and the main character a lot more than 3's. 4 was the first FC game i ever played so there could be some bias in my take
