J_it never ceases to amaze me how many criminals are operating small businesses in the US. steal from your customers and vendors, mistreat your employees, compile mass amounts of debt, and then when the walls start closing in they just move to a new city and open up a new LLC. rinse and repeat. I see this s*** all the time in my line of work.

I had stomach issues a while back, breathing exercises rly helped not like guided breathing but just focusing my breath towards the pain and exhaling the pain, gradually you'll start to actually release pressure built up internally
Also fasting and eating only veggies/soup is necessity sometimes. Hope I'm not preaching to the choir
