i've been making these goon compilations
i think it satisfies the part of my brain that likes hyper-focusing on my aesthetic taste
same mechanism that makes me a great artist / creative genius
but i've spent too much time on it

I must be delusional cuz I feel like every chick at this gas station/deli place wants me
Just chock full of all these Latinas with phatties
then there’s the one Indian girl who’s cute
But nah tell me why I went up to the counter and the one bad Latina girl says my drink is free and like smiles. But like not really no eye contact so I must be trippin I think the crew there just f***s with me cuz I’m a regular
Times like these my job is kinda fie
I only had like 4 pools left but it’s about to storm so I’m prob just gonna be like see ya later
Someone reached out to me last night and sent me over 1gb worth of academic books and articles in the field I'm currently doing research in, so clutch
I left my pool vacuum cart in the street on accident and went to the gas station to chill cuz it’s stormy out.
Realized about a half hour later that it wasn’t on my truck and freaked out.
Drove back to where I left it and it’s gone
😐
It could not be more over for me
Those things cost like $2K
I’m also really low on funds and still need to pay my old boss for these pools
Stopped giving a f*** about a music career a month ago
-No uploading beats to youtube
-No dming new artists asking for their email to send beats
-No emailing beats to dudes who never reply to me
-Been making music when i feel like making music
-No reserving beats for potential placements when i can just use them myself
All of this taught me that everything i was doing was forced and futile. Ultimately very few make a living off music regardless of talent, im doing myself a favor by not taking it too seriously and just focusing on having fun
