    3.The Six Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden

    I implore you to read the very first one, it’s so short & incredibly profound

    From the few posts I’ve read; it sounds like you have a lot of negative self talk & that was a thing I struggled with a lot; “I ain’t s***” “I ain’t s***

    & you’ll see in that first book how that affects your overall wellbeing & how to change it.

    The other two books are fantastic too, or at least for me they were. You can find them all online for free

    And as far as the negative self talk thing. I just feel like being overly optimistic and positive does more harm for me than good. It leads me to fall into a pit of delusion and when life seems to feel good i seem to get humbled and reminded how exactly negative the world is. Days like today where i was hopeful and optimistic i was crushed into a million pieces and felt like i was being sent back to my place of realism.

    That's what i feel about it in reality. I dont think pessimism is negativity necessarily. In fact i think its the closest thing to be realistic i can be. Being that other way has only brought me disappointment and despair and heartbreak. Sometimes its best to stay down so you never have to fall.

    Maybe try some calisthenics or get some weights if possible

    Running is looked at as a cardio but can also define your core and legs, as well as boosting serotonin or whatever. Can even get a runners high
