At this point i just want my time valued stop inviting me to a fourth round if im gonna be rejected. Then there's the emotional element of being turned down after getting your hopes up for so long.

My advice bro is already mentally prepare yourself for the rejection.

It sucks but that's the reality. Your more likely to be rejected then hired in this market. Is what your interviewing for a career or just a job to work at?
