With everything going on, and it’s like the country is in denial, collective psychosis that things aren’t as bad as they seem. I think people believe a regime change is supposed to be bloody, with bombs dropping, just a lot more violence generally. It’s a slow-fast phenomenon. They’ve steadily been dismantling policy, legislation for years. This is the culmination of a plan in motion since Obama took office. The worst part it feels like there is no opposition.
Then you try to take a step back, focus on what’s in front of you, community. But even that is fractured to an almost unrecognizable degree. Touching grass ain’t enough.
