im jus tellin this cus i think its hilarious

one day my bro told me that my dad told him he sold hella d**** in college, like back in the 70s, its funny cus my mom said everyone told her not to fw my dad but she didnt know why, to this day she never found out he sold d****

every once in a while he will tell some wild d*** related story but never revealing the full situation. its also funny cus i was sorta the same mentality

u ever heard of tissue memory? our bodies literally remember the injuries done to them and hold on to the pain and tension. its the same with emotions, the very trauma is encoded in our neural network architecture

I heard about this term later but when i first started studying meditation and trying to understand the science + my first time on psychs i felt the sensation of watching my own brain on loop and backtracking certain thought patterns to a point of origin that I would try to resolve. The concept was very meaningful to me, it rewired my relationship with my body and mind (as a form of body) that should be nurtured and taken care of separate of the “self”

It took a very long time but foundational healing took place which led me to believe and understand that rewiring of the neural network is very possible and a very important maintenance procedure for any conscious being

I usually just drink one tbh, I got an espresso maker and milk steamer and I make myself a lil macchiato in a tiny cup every morning
