I have no hate, hate is a lower emotion that is unnecessary and only perpetuates suffering. If someone does something worthy of my hatred I just accept that humans sin and that I am on a higher path where I cannot allow others issues to become my own

My belief is the point of life is to learn from suffering, in addition to learning from love and pleasure, to understand ultimately that the best state of being is homeostasis, and that homeostasis is different for everyone. U must find your own balance with your biological and spiritual constraints.

If you choose to learn from your sins then the future will be better for you and you will eventually evolve past such behaviors. If you choose to continue doing what you're doing then you will see the same results
