@Josuke nah anxiety been going really well since I started working a lot and being around a lot of different people. The ‘cure’ to anxiety really is just to put yourself out there and do what you’re afraid of until it becomes normal. Your brain will notice that there isnt anything to be afraid of and get used to the situations. I always notice it coming back when I dont leave the house for a day and don’t interact with people which is f***ed lol

Ive been struggling with living alone recently and not having any family around except for my younger sister. Also been experiencing some mini panic attacks suddenly for the past week. Might need to go see a therapist
