I was originally diagnosed with ADHD. Then I started noticing my symptoms were more like autism. Then once I hit 22 the high functioning schizophrenia set in. That's also when I noticed the psychopathy and narcissist tendencies. Not to mention bipolar and borderline and schizoid symptoms.
It might seem like autism and psychopathy are far apart, but a high functioning autistic person actually can learn theory of mind and cognitive empathy. That combined with intelligent can easily be labeled psychopathy if they decide to do antisocial things like building a bomb to cause terrorism.
Again, all these labels are not individual pokemon types, they're just labels describing how someone with a p factor mind behaves.
