You can work on it and change things. If you think that you can’t improve and change then it will never happen but you have to know that it can change and make progress for yourself. You’re young and have a lot of time to enjoy life and you can all long as you’re alive so don’t only give yourself only your 20s to have fun because you decide when the fun stops not your age

Yup dont think of getting old as getting “old” think of it as getting wiser and like a level up. I know I myself dont like the feeling of getting older and i know we all do but im a way different person than i was when i was younger and know so much more and that’s a good thing so staying young will only leave you not experiencing the life that you have the potential to live and keeping you stronghold from the chance to grow
