So I was trying to help him pay his GAP card off. We’ve been set up his account etc. but I think GAP switched from synchrony bank to something else. Now you can’t even pay directly from the app. You literally have to go through 4 different logins every single f***ing time to make a payment that is definitely not a design oversight. It was done purposely.
