Have to quit smoking cigarettes

Not so bad today. Put on a 21mg patch which was jarring to my body at first but I adjusted kinda fast to it.

Still smoke chops/hit my vape here and there mostly for the momentary rush to wane myself, though I did find two "emergency" cigarettes I had stashed in my car and enjoyed them with a cup of coffee, which was a proper send of I would say.

In retrospect, I'm glad menthols were banned in CA since I tried to quit before and failed, but this time I kinda has been to since thee fun of smoking is just gone for me/vapes don't do it outside of withdrawal management. (They still sell the straight tobacco which was my favorite flavor anyway so eh)
