im drinking too much and not consuming anything new or stimulating. i can't sleep. i feel like a bum

crazy freezing temps yes. cities buried in snow? no. you can leave your house but some cities are woefully underprepared for certain weather conditions. for instance if the city doesnt have salt trucks at the ready and is very hilly, many car accidents and pedestrian injuries occur pretty frequently.
