I’ve realise the internet, specifically forums and chat rooms, are best used for entertainment purposes only. Trying to promote an idea, or engage in discussion on a specific topic is usually sacrificed by users that desire internet clout. And most points made in a discussion are typed in jest, without deep thought or knowledge of the subject. This for sure makes us idiots, and a place as free as the internet where we can operate as unhinged as we wanna makes it even worse.

Most internet discussions are circular and most either don’t know what they’re talking about or care enough about the subject to engage in a serious manner. Once you realize these fools would never spout all the bullshit they preach online in the physical you realise this is really just child’s play.

Discord is a cesspool if you're going on public servers. I only join servers related to my hobbies and don't f*** with the social channels unless I want to engage in s***posting.
Otherwise the only other ones I'm in are made up of my personal friends and it's our primary group chat
The public 'social' ones are filled with creeps and quite frankly most people have an agenda there.

I’m sorry you had to go through that. Them niggas lame as hell. Niggas like that have some deeper issues going back to the way their mothers treated them. But as adults that’s out of bounds.
