Have you ever been booking a hotel and they ask you for your title? Happened to me once, so I selected "Dr.", and felt super cool. Got to the hotel and the lady at the desk (probably 19/20 years old) was indeed referring to me as "Doctor" but I could tell she knew I was completely full of s*** by the way she said it. So yeah I pretty much lived the dream.
