That's exactly what I'm saying. You are being intolerant, bro I'm a black dude that lived in Eastern Europe for years. I've been in so many situations where people were being racist without even realizing and I felt offended but I choose to be tolerant and actually explain to them what was wrong sbout their behavior. I didn't point my finger at them calling them racists.
This racism s*** won't end unless all involved parts make an effort to abdicate a bit of their ego/pride and just try to think like the other side for a bit.

I'm not saying we shouldn't educate and positively approach someone who is somewhat ignorant. Like, say, someone who didn't realize they said something that can be perceived as harmful to a specific group of people. You call them out respectfully. You lambast them IF they still choose to stick to those patterns.
And when it comes to someone who proudly states they think black people are inferior, there is NO margin for interpretation. You will not freely spout that bullshit without severe repercussions.
