Was eating at a restaurant and heard this, then a fat guy painted as a gorilla started chasing a little person in a banana suit and tossed him through the plate glass window
not some of y’all talking about spending $100 on a meal at a place playing pop music on the speakers

Just wanted you to know that I get the joke and thought it was funny
always thought it was so weird how that riff comes from this song
I remember hitting this ramen place when I visited NYC last and hearing them play Green Light by Lorde and thinking “damn that’s gotta be a good omen for the food that song slaps” and it was like $30 and flavorless

I love Lorde but in hindsight it was a crimson red flag

Dawg not green light lol
Hearing him at restaurant is crazy, you’ve had this happen enough to see a pattern? I love Tyler but would walk right out without paying
Everytime I hear any Tyler or Kali Uchis song on the speakers, especially After the Storm, the food is always flavorless and overpriced. Idk why.
I just ate in San Antonio at this new restaurant and I paid for a lame meal for $80
What other music are bad signs for bad food in restaurants?
Where?
interesting, this must be studied lowkey if there's a correlation between music played and food quality in restaurants
Music N atmosphere definite correlation
Where?
This spot called Tokyo cowboy in san Antonio. Wanted to try some Asian food with my gf in town, and everything was just disappointing
Live music like while bands outside atmosphere is a good indicator of s*** about to be fire
I don’t think I’ve ever heard a Tyler The Creator song in a restaurant
I don’t ever remember even hearing a song with words in a restaurant

yeh if its downtown, its s*** lmao
its just the vibe it goes for. modern downtown san antonio is still on its austin lite type s***, which is why you hear that dated boring ass s*** like tyler. but the area is not as bad with its wannabe austin s*** as it used to be tbh.
all that said, if you want good s***, its gonna be in really boring ass places far away. like the best sushi place sits right next to a funeral home. best korean is far away on east side hiding behind a damn burger king. its annoying, but it is what it is.
