Admittedly this was one of the songs that didn’t immediately resonate with me when the album dropped. When I really listened to the lyrics in the first half with the vivid imagery of his relationship with Rihanna and hearing the song breakdown into a Not You Too-esque second half I knew it was gonna be one of those ones

When I heard the second half

Was skippin it for the first three weeks. Decided to give it another listen cause of the love it was getting on here.

Then the part where he goes:
Dialing Imma say (In my safe?) 2-0-1-4
Cause you on the same s*** that you was on before.

Was listening just to hear that part til the end. Now it's probably one my favs, definitely one of my most listened

Yeah for some reason that bar and the flow from there just sounds so good

First time I listened to the song and the 2nd half hit

That “then I had a kid even tho I never planned to, I cannot imagine when your girls gave you that newwws” part def the most honest song on the whole project

I can’t remember who it was but whoever posted that pic of the GoPro for don’t tell me let it go I’m a lettin go pro line still sticks in my head

Crazy cuz I didn’t like this initially and then it clicked eventually… I think the storytelling behind it, like the image of locking someone out of a room and also just the honesty of it. And the melodies

made the mistake of playing the itunes snippet when the songs started first popping up and didnt give it a full chance that night because I didnt like a random minute and 30 seconds

still the only song that sounds like ass to me

It was really just the first part that took a few plays to click bc of all the auto tune. Now that s*** rides front to back

Still sucks drakes vocals just don’t do it for me on that track

I took the day off work so I was able to listen to each song with my full attention. S*** slapped immediately

Other way round for me

Was one of my favourites on first listen, but haven’t gone back to it all unless I’m listening to the whole album

Need to give it another chance though
