i think TLOP will fall out of love with most people if kanye keeps tarnishing his legacy if it hasn’t already. people have come out of the whole “let’s praise everything kanye does because he’s a genius” phase and the album isn’t looked at as anything forward thinking at all

A lot of MBDTF greatness has to do with it being right after 808s when some people didnt like Ye experimental attempts and thought he fell off then he drops Power as a lead single hyping the whole era up from the jump
So yeah not having the experience of when it dropped definitely would play a part in younger generations ranking

Smacked VoodooMany people were calling it mid the same year it released. Was one of the few times I can say only critics liked that album because most people in my age range called that album some bullshit when it dropped.
