For Mac it was weird. I don't LOVE his music, but still listen to his albums because they're nice, cohesive experiences. Seeing how people reacted when he happened to use the same title as Mitski was wild
I love them both. Mac has released two really solid projects in recent years. I also think Lana created her best work yet in 2019. I’m really excited to hear her new album and read her new poetry book. I agree that her summer actions have diminished her image significantly. As for Mac, he was always an outsider. At first it was cool, now it’s backfiring.

for those who say an act has mutliple classics
1. they probaly don't, and you're probaly biased because you really like that act alot
