    Sir Real

There is no “real” chinese food that involves bourbon

It wasn’t made with bourbon. It was a product of culinary diplomacy and the way it used to be made was incredible. They made it with 6 large cans of oyster sauce, 5 gallons of soy sauce, 100 lbs of sugar, and 1 gallon of cooking sherry and blended it with a power drill in a massive bucket.
