This man literally wrote or featured on every track on the classic 2001 album by Dr. Dre and bodied everything then literally disappeared?

Surely he eating off them royalties though.

you probably answer your own question in there bro

they made hitman 2

Trippie redd took his spot

hittmanic verses and his other leaked aftermath material is great, i think he could've really went up if he stuck around

from what i can tell though, he left the label on his own accord in october 2001 (i ultimately think this was a mistake) because he was frustrated about his album not being worked on and he couldn't really shop it around because of some contract stuff and when that was over with, his momentum was pretty much gone and he had to drop his material independently

apparently he got to work with dre again and participated in some 2014 detox sessions along with mel-man but i don't know what he's really done since musically except releasing a deluxe version of hittmanic verses in 2018

i think dre's hard perfectionism really gets in the way of helping other artists drop good music

like we should've gotten a dre-produced rakim album back in the 2000s, not to mention the other shelved material

Dre was probably balancing too many acts at the time. Em, Snoop, Kurupt, Ice Cube, and then 50 and G-Unit.
