Yeah, walks have been a lifesaver for me for years now. Pretty much all I could do when I was going depersonalization in 2017 because my anxiety was so bad.
Also, starting and completing projects is very important. I keep really busy with creative work and that keeps my mind from spinning out of control.

I work from home and I’m usually sitting down typing. So getting to just get some fresh air is helpful.

I was mostly in bed at the start of the pandemic. Just getting some sun light does wonders
What is getting me out of my depression is setting goals.
Education in my province is being cut and defunded while billions are sunk into a dead pipeline. I started a company that offers free support to public educators currently teaching online classes. There is a huge computer literacy problem in my rural area and we're trying to solve it.
Helping others has given me a reason to get out of bed.
Also painting Warhammer and DnD models. Plastic crack gives my brain serotonin

I'm pretty sure I drank myself to sleep every night and played world of warcraft for 8 hours a day oof
